As an Admin Security Operations Specialist at PT SecureTech Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our security operations center (SOC). You will work closely with our team of security analysts to ensure that our clients' networks, systems, and data are protected from cyber threats. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and wants to make a real difference in the fight against cybercrime.

In this role, you will be using industry-leading tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, and Microsoft Sentinel to monitor and analyze security events. You will also be responsible for managing our incident response process, including incident detection, containment, eradication, and recovery. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our security policies and procedures to ensure that they are in line with industry best practices and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze security events using Splunk, IBM QRadar, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Manage and maintain the security operations center (SOC) to ensure 24/7 security monitoring.
• Conduct incident detection, containment, eradication, and recovery (IDCER) activities in response to security incidents.
• Manage and update security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with the security team to improve security posture and reduce the risk of security incidents.
• Provide security awareness training to employees to promote a culture of security.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Maintain and update security documentation to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security operations center (SOC) or a related role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with incident response and investigation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
