As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales in our retail and hospitality outlets. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience, from greeting customers to assisting with purchases and providing exceptional service. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 2,200,000 - Rp 2,300,000 per month, plus opportunities for growth and development within the company.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Drive sales by promoting products and services, and offering recommendations.
• Assist with stock management and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and hospitality.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to contribute to the team's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
