📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair services.
  • Organize and manage office events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to general affairs.
  • Maintain and update company records and files.
  • Handle employee benefits and administrative tasks related to HR.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the management team in various administrative tasks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
