📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the store.,Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and improve performance.,Implement and monitor sales targets and strategies to drive revenue growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage vendor relationships.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
