Salon Bimo Dental Clinic is looking for a Lead Cashier to manage our cashiering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position located in Balikpapan, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cashiering operations including receipts, deposits, and bank reconciliations.,Oversee the daily cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure a positive experience.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and maintain cash levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years experience in a cashiering or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for cash management.,Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
