📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure food quality and safety by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health codes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the regional manager.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
• Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
