As a Payment Operations Intern in our Bali office, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processing. You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Stripe, Adyen, and PayPal, and you'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the FinTech space.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of payment processing, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues.
Conduct research and analysis on payment trends and technologies.
Assist in the development and implementation of payment solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payment processing.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in payment operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of payment processing and digital payment solutions.
Familiarity with payment processing tools and platforms like Stripe, Adyen, or PayPal is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Enthusiasm for the FinTech industry and a passion for payment operations.
