📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain efficient operations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management team.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
