📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations,Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools,Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
