PT Win Textile, a leading textile manufacturer in Indonesia, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's tax obligations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to minimize tax risks and maximize tax efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax laws.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and represent the company in tax-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for compliance.,Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.,Provide tax-related training and support to internal teams.,Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or textile industry.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
