📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
• Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any issues or changes during the construction phase.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates.
• Ensure all drawings are properly labeled, dimensioned, and annotated.
• Maintain and organize project files and drawings for easy access and reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Portfolio of previous architectural drawing projects.
