In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS),Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
