Every day, you’ll dive into the creative process, from initial concept development to final production. You’ll collaborate with designers, photographers, and production teams to bring visions to life, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Your hands-on approach will ensure that every element of the campaign is executed flawlessly, from set design to prop creation and final presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine creative concepts for retail and hospitality campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and production teams to bring concepts to life, using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Oversee the production process, from set design and prop creation to final execution, ensuring high-quality results.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Present final campaigns to clients, providing clear and compelling visuals and explanations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools into your work.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with pre-visualization tools such as SketchUp or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of retail and hospitality environments, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Bali.
