📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Oversee the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement energy-saving measures and promote sustainability practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance and engineering roles in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
