📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet quality standards.
• Ensure safety compliance on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., CMAP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
