📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve our people strategy.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
