Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in field activities and office tasks as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting (office and field).
