📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management systems and applicant tracking software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus.
