In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes within the organization.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, SAP, or other industry-specific requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant audit software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
