Nest Hub Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing a warm and professional welcome.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with a high level of professionalism and empathy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.,Monitor and manage front desk staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or similar roles in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software and guest management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards is a plus.
