PT Jaya Bintang is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be based in our Medan office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Participating in the recruitment and training of new engineers.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and CAD software.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering mechanical engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
