Pratama Electronics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Handle cash and card payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or retail customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must.,English language skills are a plus.
