📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Assess the learning needs of employees and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the work process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare learning and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on their career development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Tetum.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
