📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions using evidence-based practices and the latest technology.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, pain management, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with the latest advancements in the field of physiotherapy.
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to our patients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new protocols and guidelines for patient care and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of patient interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Valid and active license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, is a plus.
