As a Payment Operations Intern in our Bali office, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processing. You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Stripe, Adyen, and PayPal, and you'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the FinTech space.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of payment processing, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues.
• Conduct research and analysis on payment trends and technologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payment processing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in payment operations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and digital payment solutions.
• Familiarity with payment processing tools and platforms like Stripe, Adyen, or PayPal is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Enthusiasm for the FinTech industry and a passion for payment operations.
