📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.,Ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Reporting to the management on the progress and performance of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of maritime operations, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
