PT Tambang Cipta is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mining site, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the on-site team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the mining site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with all regulations.,Manage the operational budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.,Ensure all operational data is accurately recorded and reported.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the operational team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of mining operations and safety regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
