(Remote) Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pearl Link Nusantara in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary package and a chance to work with a reputable company.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive sales and promote our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales and promote our products.
• Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Train and develop store staff.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.
• Work with the finance team to ensure that the store is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer trends.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
