📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote our products or services.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.,Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and convert them into paying customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to support company goals.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our telemarketing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.
