📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
