Smart Store Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a strong understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Collaborate with the regional management team to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
