In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food services, as well as maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Participate in health and safety inspections and audits.,Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory.,Stay up-to-date with the latest food safety and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
