📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of luxury villas in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
• Lead and mentor a team of butlers, housekeepers, chefs, and other service staff to maintain the highest levels of hospitality.
• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce standardized protocols for guest check-in, check-out, and daily villa management.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for villa supplies, ensuring all amenities are stocked and functional.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure they meet the group’s luxury standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the unique features and benefits of our luxury villas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with luxury villa management software, such as Mazari Villa Management System or similar platforms.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless guest service.
