📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on corporate and compliance matters.
• Ensure that all legal documents and contracts are drafted, reviewed, and executed in accordance with Indonesian law.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes that may affect our business operations.
• Conduct legal due diligence on business transactions and partnerships.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to other departments on legal matters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends in the corporate and compliance field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate and compliance law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and compliance laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in corporate and compliance law (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or similar) is a plus.
