📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable credit card and savings loan products.
• Conduct credit checks and approval processes for credit card applications.
• Manage customer accounts, including monitoring usage, setting spending limits, and resolving disputes.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote credit card and savings loan products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the achievement of departmental targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit card and savings loan operations, preferably in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of credit scoring and risk assessment principles.
• Proficient in using banking software such as Core Banking System, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with good communication skills in both languages.
• Valid credit card and savings loan certification is a plus.
